Appointments where travel is difficult
When a signer is in a hospital, nursing home, or assisted living community, the appointment depends on facility access, identification, and the signer’s willingness and awareness at the time of signing.
Calling in advance gives Jasmine time to confirm the facility’s procedures.
I-9 and business documents
Employers can request eligible I-9 document inspection or authorized representative services. I-9 verification is not automatically a notarization, and the correct process depends on what the employer requires.

Yes. Hospital appointments may be available when facility access, identification, signer willingness and awareness, and other notarial requirements can be satisfied.
Do you provide jail notary services?
Yes. Jail and correctional-facility appointments may be available subject to facility policies, scheduling, identification requirements, and access procedures.
Do you offer Remote Online Notarization?
Cascade Notary, LLC is not advertising Remote Online Notarization at this time.
